Registration Guidelines:
Our booths:
- Please note that the number of seats is limited and registration will be automatically closed once the seats are fully occupied.
- Advance payment is required for conference registration.
- All registration fees are non-refundable
- Early registration time frame: 14th February – 5th March 2016.
- Late registration will be announced later on!
- Payment method can either be online using a credit/debit card, or with cash at our registration booths.
- If you are going to pay using other methods contact us on +97334402762. Note: an additional 5 BD will be charged
- Please note that you must attend 10 talks to receive the conference certificate. (An attendance form will be handed at the time of registration, please keep it in your possession during the conference as you will need it to get a stamp after each talk).
- Workshops’ certificates will be sent by email.
- Please note that if you only want to attend the conference only if your research is accepted, please wait for your abstract to be accepted and then register for the conference.
- If you want to attend the conference whether your abstract is accepted or not, you can register for the conference when the registration starts and if your research is accepted later on you can pay for it separately after acceptance.
- Please note that a registration fee of BD 15 will apply once your research abstract has been accepted.
